By the knowledge of Science and Fiction, there comes the masterpiece of a Sci-fi movie, "Journey to the Center of the Earth". What i can say is, it's really amazing. The plot of the story is really carefully planned, from discovering of a magma outburst signal, to visiting a northern volcanic spot somewhere near, well, i dint quite remember that. Caught in the lightning and was so accidentally sealed within a mountain cavern, finding another "way out" and dropped down into an abandoned mining shaft, discovering numbers of emeralds rubies and ya, diamonds foundation. Dropping down from the thinnest layer of rock formation, Trevor, Hannah and Sean fell into the center of the Earth. The adventures begin, finding out that Max - Sean's father who had went missing 10 years ago, had stepped foot on this be-hidden wonderland under "ground". Forced to find a way to escape due the rapidly rising temperature underground, they followed the plan plotted by Sean's dad. Attacked by horrifying sea monsters, blown away by the thermal wind, surrounded by carnivorous plants, chased around by the giant dinosaur, over-thrilled by the magnetic rocks, the adventure was way too far over the limit of science fiction. The ending was not poorly done too, at the very least, riding in a big dinosaur's skull and shot up along with the exploding steam from far below the ground, and up high from a volcano mouth, sliding down the grapes plantation somewhere in Italy, and then back to their normal yet awesome life on the Surface of the Earth. Well, and the story also plotted a suspension whereby, they're going to have another adventure, to the Lost Empire of Atlantis... okay, let's just look forward it it really happens.
Now, hmm for me this movie can be watched in different perspectives. It's a family adventure movie, or a thrilling action movie, or maybe a horror screaming movie, yep, it's also a comedy, but altogether it's really a huge story with ups and downs and ups and downs (yeah, they fall and float and drop and bounce... xD). There're quite a few of nice and warm scenes, and they end these scenes with really laughing events that, well at least they din't plan to make you cry all the way through the show. Magnificent computer animated effects, drool of the dinosaur, the flying sea monsters, storm waves and the growling ocean, magnetic rocks in the magnet fields, glowing birds (my favourite) and uhhm, perhaps the mine car roller coaster thing? Oh that's the crazy part, i'm not interested to try that, scary man. These computer special effects (the real-deal animation) had really made the 'center of the earth' looks fantastic, and it's really "REAL", even though i'm not watching the 3D version, but i'm kinda amazed. Basically it's something like Jurassic Park, yea but not that disgusting and scary, instead, the added special effects and nicely-done environment made the setting not too isolated and yet very much interesting. I enjoyed it, thou it was already quite long ago.
My conclusion is, do not exclude any possibilities that would probably happen around us, one day later maybe. You can NOT believe these impossible stuffs, but you can't say that they won't happen. There're still things at the very beginning level of our science, as we go deeper into our exploration to further and further into the sky the galaxy, what happens to our Earth? Try to take care of our Earth, before we put all our effort trying to reach the outer-space and ended up a dust in the graveyard. It's never too late to read a book again, does it?
Thank you for reading.
